We are looking to fill a pivotal role currently missing from our team. We need a smart all-rounder to manage the office and provide support to the senior team. Someone with initiative and a can-do approach to keep things running smoothly. Are you out there?

Reports to

Sales & Marketing Director


  • Consultant timesheets
  • End of month invoicing
  • Confirm invoices received
  • Chase payments not made on the 20th
  • Monthly reporting of leads, opps, pipeline etc
  • Folder structures and documentation management – tidy folders and populate with existing paperwork
  • Expenses, invoices reconciliation in Xero
  • Supporting senior staff with calendar management, meetings setup etc
  • Minuting minutes at management meetings

Sales Support

  • Software renewals – schedule, drafting quotes, invoices, payments etc
  • Appointment setting for S&M Director and MD
  • Sales support for all software products
  • Manage Hubspot CRM, leads, opportunities, missing information and documentation
  • Updating records with bouncing email addresses
  • Partner deal registration management
  • Monthly report across these areas


  • Social media posts via HubSpot (LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter)
  • Event Management – scheduling, catering, promotion, resource management
  • Training session coordination
  • Team support producing marketing collateral from templates
  • Preparing case study information and pulling together blog materials for our writer


  • Keep an eye on the office cleanliness, weekly tidy up and check all items are replenished
  • Organise stationery, furniture, technical equipment etc
  • Meet all health and safety requirements

  • HubSpot training
  • Invoice, quoting and renewal training
